Amber Campos is the Operations and Project Manager at West Michigan Partnership for Children, where she helps turn ideas into action by leading projects, improving operations, and keeping strategic initiatives moving forward. She enjoys bringing structure to complex work, finding practical solutions, and helping teams stay organized and focused on what matters most.
With experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, Amber has developed expertise in project management, operations, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness. She is passionate about innovation, systems change, and creating collaborative environments where people and ideas can thrive.
Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Grand Valley State University and earned the Google Project Management Professional Certificate.
Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her family, reading, camping, and spoiling her dog Penny and cat Otto.
