Care Coordination Manager
Ms. Shaw provides clinical supervision and oversight to WMPC’s team of Care Coordinators. Before coming to WMPC, Ms. Shaw most recently served as the Executive Clinical Director and Supervisor of Integrated Care at the Portable Practical Education Preparation Schools in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Ms. Shaw has more than 14 years of experience providing trauma-informed services to children and families in Kent County. Prior roles include serving as a home-based clinician and supervisor at Bethany Christian Services, as a case manager with the Compass Program at Arbor Circle, as a Family Services Coordinator at the Kent County Housing Commission, and a Counselor at St. John’s Home.
Ms. Shaw has a Master’s in Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Ferris State University.
