Performance and Quality Improvement Coordinator (She/Her/Hers)
Tempest Howard has worked in different capacities within the child welfare system. She’s worked as a foster care case manager, team lead, and as a clinician in an all-boys group home. As a clinician she developed a strong connection and served as a support to the young boys. Tempest’s strongest trait is empathy which allows her to authentically relate to individuals and communities in need. Tempest brings excitement to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families engaged in the foster care system through supporting the agencies in their performance metrics and best practices. Tempest is currently working towards her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She plans to use her degree to support the foster care system.
