Erin has spent the last 17 years supporting at-risk children and families in the foster care system, working tirelessly to create positive outcomes. Erin is a proud graduate of Calvin University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Social Work. Known for her strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and ability to connect with diverse populations, Erin excels in team building, strategic planning, and fostering inclusive work cultures. Her expertise also includes conflict resolution, data analysis, and leadership in performance improvement and professional development. Beyond her professional skills, Erin is admired for her flexibility, sense of humor under pressure, and unwavering commitment to her mission.
