This workshop focuses on the critical role of fathers in foster care. Research shows that father involvement improves children’s development, academics, and behavior. However, child welfare systems often struggle to engage fathers.

This training equips foster care workers with tools to address biases, engage fathers, and involve them in case planning, ultimately strengthening families and improving outcomes.
