Brittany Beckman is a dedicated child welfare leader and passionate advocate for children, families, and system transformation in Michigan. As Senior Director of Programs & Practice at West Michigan Partnership for Children (WMPC), Brittany leads efforts to strengthen trauma-responsive, culturally responsive, and family-centered systems of care that promote safety, stability, and long-term well-being for children and families.

Brittany is deeply committed to building systems that strengthen protective factors, elevate family voice, and embed continuous quality improvement into service delivery. Her leadership emphasizes workforce wellness, practice excellence, and accountability, recognizing that sustainable outcomes for children and families are directly connected to a supported, trauma-informed workforce.

With more than 15 years of experience in child welfare and behavioral health, Brittany’s background includes foster care case management, clinical supervision, community- and school-based therapy, and program leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Northern Michigan University and a Master of Social Work, with a specialization in trauma, from Michigan State University.
