Kathleen Schultz is the Division Director of Foster Care and the Corporate Compliance Office at Wellspring Lutheran Services. Ms. Schultz has worked in child welfare for over 15 years. In addition to the WMPC board, Ms. Schultz serves on the Board of Directors for Legacy Adoption Services. Ms. Schultz earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology form Oakland University and a Juris Doctor from WMU Cooley Law School.
