Request for Quote: PIHP Readiness Assessment
West Michigan Partnership for Children (WMPC) is seeking qualified consultants to support Kent County’s child welfare provider network in preparing for Michigan’s new Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP) structure launching on October 1, 2026.
The selected consultant will lead a comprehensive readiness assessment and develop an implementation roadmap to ensure WMPC and its partner agencies are prepared for Medicaid-aligned service delivery, billing, and compliance under the new model.
